Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Acceptance: By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Right of Admission: The Organizer reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or remove anyone in breach of these terms, the law, safety requirements, or venue rules - even valid ticket holders.
• Tickets & Entry: Tickets are personal and non-transferable. The Organizer may verify your identity at entry and inside the venue. Entry may be denied if your details do not match, or the ticket is found to be fraudulent or duplicated.
• Security Checks: Entry is only through designated entrances after security checks. Attendees and their belongings may be inspected. Refusing a check means no entry and no refund.
• Prohibited Items: No illegal or hazardous substances, weapons, flammable materials, lighters, matchboxes, bottles, cans, tins, or anything else restricted by the Organizer or security.
• Bags: No oversized backpacks, suitcases, or large bags. No cloakroom available. Small purses and wallets allowed, subject to checks.
• Food & Beverages: No outside food or drink. Food and beverages available for purchase inside.
• Prohibited Substances: Tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone violating this, or appearing under the influence, may be denied entry or removed without refund, and may face legal action.
• Traditional Attire: Traditional attire is compulsory to enter the playing area. Non-compliance means no access to the playing area.
• Children: Under 5 enter free with valid government age ID, no ticket needed. Age 5 and above need a ticket. Age is determined on the Event date. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Re-Entry: No re-entry once you exit, unless specifically permitted by the Organizer.
• Schedule & Line-Up: The Organizer may change the schedule, timings, artists, or line-up without notice. A change or non-appearance of any artist does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
• Photography & Recording: Professional cameras and recording equipment are prohibited unless authorized. By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to photograph or film you and use that material for promotional and marketing purposes worldwide, with no compensation payable.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once purchased, except where required by law. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid; fees are not refundable. Booking, handling, and parking charges may remain non-refundable.
• Unauthorized Tickets & Resale: The Organizer is not responsible for counterfeit or unlawfully obtained tickets. Unauthorized resale is prohibited and any such ticket may be cancelled or seized without refund.
• Personal Belongings, Vehicles & Parking: You are responsible for your own belongings. The Organizer and Venue are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles (including at parking), except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Entry & Capacity: A valid ticket does not guarantee immediate entry at any particular time. Entry may be delayed or restricted for security, crowd, capacity, weather, or safety reasons.
• Safety & Emergencies: Follow all safety, emergency, and crowd-management instructions from the Organizer, Venue, security, police, or medical staff. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund. In an emergency, you authorize reasonable steps to arrange medical assistance.
• Force Majeure: The Organizer is not liable for delay, suspension, postponement, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (extreme weather, natural disaster, government orders, etc.), subject to its refund policy.
• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer and Venue are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or expense in connection with the Event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Code of Conduct: Behave responsibly. Harassment, violence, abusive or dangerous behaviour, or damage to property may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Changes to Terms: The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time, communicated through official channels.
• Governing Law: Governed by the laws of India; disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
