No Photos Stored

Is my biometric data safe with FacePass?

Yes. FacePass never stores your face photo. We convert your facial geometry into a 256-bit encrypted hash that cannot be reversed. Your actual image is deleted immediately after enrollment.

What if the face scan fails at the gate?

Every FacePass event includes a manual verification backup lane. Staff can look up your booking by name or phone and grant access. You will never be stuck outside due to a scan failure.

Do I need to enroll separately for every event?

No — enrollment is one-time per account. Once you've registered your face, it works for all future FacePass events automatically. No need to re-enroll.

Does it work in low light or outdoors?

Yes. Our AI models are trained across varied lighting conditions including night concerts, bright outdoor stadiums, and shaded indoor venues. Each gate device is also fitted with controlled lighting for consistent results.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Ticket transfers are subject to the organiser's policy. Since entry is face-linked, transfers require the new attendee to enroll their own face and link it to the booking — contact support for assistance.
