Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Entry & tickets - Every attendee must carry a valid ticket. One ticket permits one entry only; no re-entry is allowed once you exit the venue.
• Entry is gender-wise. Please book the ticket category that applies to you; entry may be refused if the ticket category does not match.
• Entry is by face recognition. You enrol your face once at the time of booking and are admitted at the gate by looking at a camera - there is no printed ticket or QR code to carry. A valid government-issued photo ID must be produced at the entry gate if asked.
• TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded under any circumstances.
• An internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or compensation.
• Timings - Each night runs from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start time for a seamless entry. Gates close at the announced last-entry time and late arrivals may be denied entry without refund.
• Dress code - Traditional attire is expected in keeping with the theme. Admission may be refused to anyone not appropriately dressed.
• Age policy - Children aged 5 years and above require a full ticket.
• Security - All attendees and their belongings are subject to frisking and security checks at entry. Entry may be refused to anyone who declines.
• Prohibited items - Outside food and beverages, alcohol (Gujarat is a dry state), tobacco and smoking products, narcotics, weapons, sharp or inflammable objects, fireworks, laser pointers, pets, drones and professional cameras or recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
• The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or to vehicles parked at or near the venue.
• Photography & media - The event will be photographed and filmed. By entering, you consent to your image, likeness and voice being recorded and used by the organiser for promotional, marketing and archival purposes, without compensation.
• Conduct - The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue without refund, any person found intoxicated, behaving in an unsafe, disorderly, abusive or inappropriate manner, or failing to comply with venue rules or instructions from event staff.
• Cancellation, postponement & force majeure - If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be refunded the ticket face value; handling and payment gateway fees are non-refundable. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, curtailment, delay or change caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural calamity, epidemic, fire, strike, civil unrest, act of government, or withdrawal or refusal of statutory or police permissions. No refund is payable for travel, accommodation or other incidental costs in any circumstance.
